Small, rounded form of Opal from Yowah (Queensland), Australia in a
nodule embedded in ironstone. Closely related to Boulder Opal,
it occurs most often as walnut-sized ironstone nodules containing
pockets, veins, or sprinklings of vivid Precious Opal.
