Aventurescence
Effect caused by small inclusions of a mineral with a highly reflective surface (commonly Hematite, Pyrite, or Goethite) which causes it to exhibit a glistening effect when rotated or looked at different points, as if it is pasted with glitter. The name is derived from Aventurine, a green variety of Quartz that exhibits this effect.
This effect is also known as aventurization.
