Description |
Transparent synthetic orange Zincite crystals that formed in the chimney of a zinc mine smelter in Poland. The crystals are bright color and highly lustrous. Though this guide focuses on naturally-occurring minerals and we generally will not regard any synthetic materials, this formation of Zincite is so widespread in the mineral market that we felt it necessary to include in a photo for educational purposes.
