Description |
An old-time Wolframite specimen from the famous Camborne-Redruth-St. Day District of Cornwall, England. The piece consists of massive, partially euhedral, highly lustrous to moderate luster, parallel-growth Wolframite blades. Certainly not pretty to look at, but this is large and very highly representative from this classic and famous district. Accompanied by an expertly handwritten, faded label from an older collection. The collection this came out of was a museum stash dating to prior to World War I. |
